The Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 does not cover requests for ‘personal information’ held about you. This is covered by the Data Protection Act 2018. If you want to request your personal information, please submit a request under the Data Protection Act 2018.

It is important that you clearly describe the information you think the Council holds. We will make all reasonable efforts to find the information you want but if we have to ask you to provide more information because your request is not clear, the 20 working day response deadline will only start from the next working day after we receive your additional information.
