Complete this form if you would like to invite the Youth Mayor and Deputy Youth Mayor of Derby to join a meeting or event that you are organising.

Examples of events attended by the Youth Mayor include:

• Community engagements and charity events
• Launching a new policy or initiative relating to young people in Derby
• Raising the profile of the City of Derby and raising awareness of issues affecting young people

The Participation Team will contact you to let you know if the Youth Mayor/Deputy Youth Mayor is able to attend the engagement.

It is important that the Youth Mayor and Deputy Youth Mayor are aware of the format of your meeting or event. You should supply the draft agenda along with details of any speeches using this form.

Please note, the Youth Mayor and Deputy Youth Mayor are voluntary roles held by young people in full-time education. Due to other commitments, it is not possible to accept every booking.
