Please complete this form to be able to access your personal information held on the HR/Payroll system.

Once given access you will be able see your past payslips (from April 2014) and a provisional payslip for the current pay period. In addition you will be able update a number of personal details such as contacts.

If you already have a computer login at Derby City Council or Derby Homes you should be able the access the system already, using you normal login (or Citrix) details from any Council Computer – please try them on the MiPeople login page before proceeding any further.
