Assets of Community Value - Nomination form

You can complete this form to nominate a property as an 'asset of community value. This form will ask you to provide the following, so please make sure you have them to hand before starting:

Information about the property
Information about your organisation
If you are an Unincorporated Group, information about your employees who are on the electoral roll

Please be advised that any gaps in information may result in the nomination being rejected or may cause a delay in the process whilst queries are being resolved

During the process you may be asked to supply information in support of your Nomination. This may include plans of the nominated property or documents associated with the organisation making the nomination. These will need to be attached to an e-mail for which a link is provided at the end of the form.
