Council Tax, benefits and business rates

Due to essential annual year end processes, our Council Tax, benefits and business rates systems will be unavailable from 12pm on Monday 31 March to 9am on 2 April. During this time, customer service advisors will be unable to answer any enquires either over the phone, by email or in person. Our online forms will still be available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Community tension referral

We are collecting information about community tension – any activity that may lead to disorder or threaten the peace and stability of our communities.

We will risk assess the information you give us and share it with relevant partners and provide an action plan if necessary.

Please report any threat to public safety to the police on 999.
